Pro Works Painting is a painting franchise that has been operating in Western Canada since 1991. They take on all types of painting projects from New Construction to Commercial, both interior and exterior. Prior to Forge Strategy, leads were generated by Door Knocking, Cold Calling, Social Media, and Networking/Referrals. Forge Strategy’s goal was to help Pro Works Painting scale its business by founding new partnerships with Property Managers to generate recurring deals, eliminating the need to cold-call or actively search for new relationships and deals.

How this was Achieved:

Property Management Network: We utilize a tech stack of multiple softwares and accounts combined with existing relationships to send us jobs from Property Managers specific to our client’s services.
